Natalie Holder is a strategic architect of organizational cultural change management that has moved the diversity, equity and inclusion needle in high-profile work environments. She is an employment lawyer who has developed harassment prevention training products with Proskauer Rose and led seminars for organizations such as Yale Medical School, Time Warner, the United States Department of Agriculture, and The United Way of Greater New Haven. Her work has been featured in the New York Times, Working Mother magazine, and a variety of radio and television interviews. She started her career as an associate specializing in disability discrimination litigation and is the author of two books.
